A challah for the entire Battersea Jewish Community

Friday 13th July - Rosh Chodesh Av

Almost 2,000 years ago, at this time of the year, the Holy Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed because of baseless hatred between one Jew and his fellow. To counter this hatred we have decided to do something unique, to increase in acts of friendship and love.

What better way to spread this love than express it with a freshly baked Challah!

On Thursday and Friday the 12th and 13th of July we will be doing precisely that! A group of us will be baking and delivering a freshly baked Challah to every Jewish home in Battersea.

Get ready, get set, get Challah!
